Booking Your Spot
Reserve your mini escape right on our website. Once you book, your spot is guaranteed—no waiting, no worries.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment options. After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need.
Changing Your Plans. Life happens—we get it!
Cancel 14 days or more before your event: Full refund.
Cancel 7–13 days before: 50% refund.
Cancel less than 7 days before: Non-refundable.
Need to Reschedule?
You can transfer your booking to a friend or apply your payment to a future event (subject to availability). Just let us know as soon as possible.
If We Cancel
On the rare occasion we need to cancel, like severe weather or emergencies, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward another event. Events may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion. We’ll always keep you informed, and hope this never happens!
